As I was attending a short informal meeting with one of the Board of Directors member, a flash of life path across my mind. Helplessly my heart asked,

A birthday that brings me to the last number of 20’s.

A birthday without a wish. Simply bcoz I don’t know what to wish for.

A birthday with lots of dreams and passion surrendered.

I still remember the first time I entered The Mind and Body Studio, everything so calm and peaceful, even the mat seemed friendlier. I had been peeking this studio for quite some time but my Body Pump experience warned me to be very careful with these classes. I remember that I joined Dynamic Flow class simply because my ownership of the name. I am dynamic and flow with the go (or go with the flow?) person.

Next thing I knew, I am queueing every Tuesday afternoon, in front of The Mind and Body Studio to have Gentle Flow Class.

His name is Theo. I met him accidentally in a very beautiful green world. He came from a family that I really love. He is a baby tiger! 🙂

It was my first time visiting the baby zoo. When I saw him at the first time, I instantly fell in love. I don’t care anything but holding and cudelling with him. Can you see why I am falling in love with him? well, if you can’t, you will see it just about soon.

Happy Valentine’s Day

It is such a misty and rainy Valentine Day this year, completely opposite with the colors of red and pink and the essence of warm and love. This Valentine, even weather feels hesitate to celebrate it.

Don’t get me wrong. I don’t hate Valentine even if it reminds me of a dinner time with a man who brought me a dark chocolate. I don’t hate Valentine even though I never celebrate it with whom I really love. I don’t hate Valentine… Why would one hate a day where people can cherish the greatest power of all. Love.

It is an annual commemoration held on February 14 celebrating love and affection between intimate companions. The day itself is named after one or more early Christian martyrs, Saint Valentine.
