My 1st Kate Spade
When you are in one of those high-end malls, which store that you always long to enter?
Jakarta, as unpopular as it is, has some malls that have those life threatening atmosphere. Security guards who look at you and observe your conduct. Sales girls whose stare and smile do not synchronize. They smile to welcome you when at the same time they stare to kick you out of store. And of course, fellow shoppers who think you do not belong there.
One of the store that I finally conquered was Kate Spade New York at Plaza Senayan, Jakarta. I always fond of NY and I love Kate Spade as much. Unfortunately, my fortune despised me from shopping in their stores. Well, until my friends and I barged in to their store. I was like in paradise. Everything there seemed like… my kind of things, the purse, the wallet, the dress, the accessories and the iphone casing? That was when I realized that I can afford one of Kate Spade’s items even if it was only iphone casing! Like hell! It is still Kate Spade! 😉
I was about to use my plastic to pay it when cleverly we texted our friend who was in HK. It turned out, Kate Spade’s Iphone casing there was cheaper than here. So, I decided to ask her to buy one for me. I left the store empty handed.
But, yeay! I have a Kate Spade! hihihihii…. 😀
my EURO 2012 friend
Like most of people around the globe, I also suffer from EURO 2012 fever. Maybe because the hunk players or perhaps the spirit displayed or prolly simply because I like soccer that I am wiling to stay awake in the middle of the night to watch the matches.
I watched all the matches alone hoping that one day my future husband will be someone who is soccer fan like me. Well, actually not entirely alone. I have someone who is watching with me 😉
I am rooting for The Three Lions! GO!!!
Easy Step
It was at my several early visits to Fitness First when I dared myself to try this class. I had full confidence since the name of the class was Easy Step. Well, it should be easy, right? Hehehe… wrong. It was far from being easy. But I guessed that’s what made us, me and my friends, kept going. The challenges were addictive!
I wrote this as a remorse of my evil self. You will find out more if you continue reading. Well, I have been joining this class since October 2009. So, it was almost 3 years ago. I knew most of the regulars. I knew all the basic steps. And with that I can follow the step-up movement any class instructor would give.
Even so, I was always left behind in every class. And whenever we had new people joining this class, I felt very happy. Because I knew that that person will be overwhelmed with in followin the class. So, I would not feel like I am the worst in class. Hahaha… Read the rest of this entry »
Just. Don’t. Let. Go.
Some people said that writing is talking without being interrupted.
But writing blog, or blogging, for me is a way to survive.
I have been writing for… I don’t know how long. I remember writing my own novel adapting from Enyd Blyton when I was in primary 6. I came from a middle class family and was the last in the family. My parents did not spoil me. Â So, I needed to save some of my allowances to buy a note book in which I wrote my first novel. The story took place in Australia because one of my friend’s brother got scholarship to study in Australia. I thought at that time, what a heaven, to be able to go abroad like that. And I still think like that until now. sigh. So, I read magazines and found information about OZ. I remember using certain vocabularies to explain how my character dress up. Pullover, velvet, satin, ah… that was a great feeling.
……unfortunately,
The Rara Jonggrang Legend
Earlier today, I was looking at my small size starbucks create-your-own tumbler. I had decorated or re-create it with some of my photos taken at Sushi Tei, Gili Trawangan, Waterboom, Tidung island, and Prambanan Temple. Then I remembered that I could track all of the photos except for one, my Prambanan Temple photo. This one.
Prambanan is the largest Hindu temple of ancient Java. I remembered I visited that temple in 2009 with my friends. I knew an urban legend regarding to that famous UNESCO heritage temple. And if you are keen to read, here it goes:

It is not a regular day. It is 5 pm and I am gazing through the window as I type this post. If it were a regular day, I would be panting and sweating at my aerobics class. It is a day of no point. Even if this day ceased to exist, it would not disturb the universe. It is a day to question.
Something went wrong when I was typing this post. Somehow I could nott upload my stunning picture, lol, bear with my narcissistic please. 😀
I decided to stick with this post for what I just had earlier. It was 12 p.m. I had a pile of work to do. Item analysis, remarks, report book, stocking up things are to name the few. But instead of doing any of them, I sat still and did nothing. I was really bewildered with myself, as if my brain stopped to work. Then I remembered this post, when I was in the same state.
I had similar experience of brain freeze when I took this photo. I went out with my friends for the entire day and night. We ate, shopped, took photos, watched movies and talked for the whole day. I didn’t know what was on my friends’ mind, but for sure nothing was on mine.Â
I guessed I need a therapy.Â
