2. Tresor Tavern Hotel
“There is some what an achievement when you get a nice budget hotel on your own effort.”-me
I arrived at this hotel late night and it was raining. I was so glad the front desk was swift and helpful. It took less than 15 minutes to get my room ready. After getting lost and rained, I was really happy for this. I also asked for international plug for my chargers. I forgot to bring it! Can you believe me?! And gladfully, he gave me one.
Surprisingly, I got room for disabled people. I guessed nobody book for this room that they put me here. The room was small. There is not TV, desk nor chair, simply just a bed. At the foot of the bed there were shelves for side-bed lamp (which was not on my side), phone, menu book, electric kettle, a cup, coffee, tea, tissue, an apple, a small mineral water bottle, paper and pencil. There was no cabinet for my clothes instead they gave some cloth hangers. Because it was a room for disabled people, it had a spacious bathroom with handles everywhere. It was not a perfect hotel room. But it was nice, simple and okay.
The next morning, I got my breakfast late. I was late already for my Jurong trip and I got additional late breakfast. But it was a sufficient breakfast of french toast, bacon, fruit cuts and coffee. So, overall, this is a budget hotel that I would recommend you to stay. Located 200m away from Lavender MRT Station where you can find kopitiam, wendy’s and lots of other stores. If you like durian, there’s fruit market en route to the MRT station. There’s also a stadium nearby. Maybe you want to try watching live match 🙂
