Health Probe: Drink
I just had this reality fact from some photos taken couple of days ago that I was gaining some more unnecessary weight. ugh. Yes, I did quit my gym membership since December. And plan to have jogging every morning was still out of the picture due to this never ending rainy season.
To top it up, I got slapped in my face when I read sugar facts from the book I am reading, by Donna Partow, she wrote:
Consider this:
- Six teaspoons of sugar in one sitting will decrease your immune function by 25 percent.
- Twelve teaspoons of sugar will decrease your immune function by 60 percent.
- Twenty-four teaspoons of sugar will decrease your immune function by 92 percent.

So I am probing myself to try to get everything good and back on track. One of those, first and foremost is rethinking my drink. My usual drinks would be coffee in the morning, mineral water during the day and meals, then afternoon tea or coffee to survive the day. Ever since I read the book, Food Combining, I know now that mineral water should be first thing in the morning. And nothing but fruits should be consumed before 11am. These are the things I decided to do for the next couple of week. Then, I can do something with the rest of the evening eating and drinking habit. Jiayou! 🙂
