I miss you, friend.

Some people in this photo, I really miss so much. I hope I can see them again in this lifetime. That’s the thing I have to bear going in International community. People might just come and go. Ah. The love and hate being in International community. I just hope I could meet them again.

Cooking in Denmark: Potatoes and Vegetables

I can assure you that I can cook. Is that assuring enough for you? hahahhaa… But really I can!

Now, I am having trouble cooking because I am not familiar with the things here in Denmark. And as a microwave provided in my room, I am doing everything to maximize using it. Of course, a wonderful set of kitchen is available when my landlady and her family is not using it.

 

So, today, I bake potatoes with veggies. I am not vegetarian, but I do need to eat more vegetables since I came to live in Denmark because I dont want to get sick.

I prepared potatoes, broccoli and carrots, washed and chopped them. Sprinkled some pepper and salt. Put some chops of butter. And sliced bits of cheese. My fave, smoked cheese from witzerland!
