Ramen to Bííru

The delicacy of Japanese food is one of my comfort gateways while living away from or at home. Ramen is what to get when the stresses of life is unbearable. It’s spicy soup awakes all the nerves and tingles all my senses.

I have never really ventured in many ramen places throughout Copenhagen, but I must say that Ramen to Bííru is satisfying enough for my taste. It is a little bit salty and tends to be oily. But the overall flavour is there. The richness of miso broth, the soft boiled egg, and spicyness bring nice gooey noodle works in harmony together with slices of meat to bring delicious bowl of food. Both location of this ramen place – Nørrebro and Vesterbro – are usually packed with people. I would prefer Vesterbro place since it’s bigger and more comfortable. Price is good. Tummy is happy 🙂
