District Tonkin

It’s a vietnamese restaurant in the heart of Copenhagen which I really love, located in Dronningens Tværgade 12, 1302 København K (ph. 60888698).

I first went there with my vietnamese and chinese friends who were craving for some asian food. And since, our vietnamese friend really liked this the food at this restaurant, so we went there to try.

I miss you, friend.

Some people in this photo, I really miss so much. I hope I can see them again in this lifetime. That’s the thing I have to bear going in International community. People might just come and go. Ah. The love and hate being in International community. I just hope I could meet them again.

It’s one of those days

When I feel like someone has just died.

I wish I can buy her bread and make her coffee. And have morning prayer where she will share her deep insights of God. I wish I can start the day, any day, with her encouraging smile. And when even she might call me to rebuke or warn me during the day, she would at the end of the day, give another smile that feels like a pat on my back for doing my best that day.

I wish I can have those days back.

But now, it feels like she is gone so far that it feels like she has died in my life. And all I can do is just cry knowing that those days are long gone. And that l am crying over nothingness.

I feel like someone has just died.

It’s my Ms Lina’s birthday and I just feel the whole world should know and make a big deal out of it. She is one of those ladies whose presence would make us feel at peace and secure. She is my Ms Lina. 🙂
