Christmassy Christmas Season…
It’s the time of the year again to put the warm coat, strangle yourself with thick scarf, cover your head with a hoodie or hat, hide your fingers inside your gloves and protect your toes with warm waterproof boots. Last but not least… enjoy the Christmas market! 🎄🎄🎄

Day 6: Bergen-Ålesund
We woke up like a new born person. It felt like a year ago since we had a good nice comfortable sleep. With a fresh mind, I remembered that I had a friend living in Bergen. So, we contacted her and she welcomed us with a warm Indonesian brunch. Yummm!
After brunch with Rusminah and baby Nico, we continued our journey to Ålesund. The journey to Ålesund was simply breathtaking. We took 2 ferry rides to go there, Ferry in Lavik for 167 NOK and Ferry in Solavågen for 155 NOK. They were all quite short trips, for 15 minutes only.

The rain washed Copenhagen crystal clear all day today. And it also brought a mist of grayness to all inhabitans. I could only helplessly enjoyed my homecookes meal to soothe growing melancholiness that arise along with the cold as well as flipping (or strolling to be precise) memory lanes of photos.
And I found these.
Both were taken in Horsens, at a small cozy restaurant Dini’s, 2.5h drive from Copenhagen, when I specially introduced Indonesian cuisine to him.

I thank God for YOU! It’s your birthday but I get all the presents. I get my first white Christmas and i get a wonderful Christmas lunch with my pastor’s family. A happiness indeed! Thank God 🙂

Winter comfort food in the making, I thank God for friends. I know that I would never be homeless here in Copenhagen, but their existence really made me feel that I would never be homeless in Copenhagen.

Great thing about having a lot of friends is that you are allowed to have lots of farewell celebration thing. Hihihihi… 😉
So, with my friends at work, we had ours at Carnivor restaurant at PIK, North Jakarta. Well, that area was swarmed with hundreds of great reataurants, but heard this one was exceptional (-ly expensive too!).
