It was just a weekend trip to Milan, but it was really nice. They said you’ll meet yourself when you travel. I have to add:  you’ll meet yourself when you travel, alone.

First thing on my walking route was Bosco Verticale. It was just an apartment building which grew big plants to make it look like forest. A very refreshing sight in a modern city.

Stockholm, Sweden

I had a little girls boot camp last month. It’s for me-the broken hearted, since my uk visa application was rejected. So, rather than crying over the spilled milk, we went to see Stockholm.

Shakespeare Café, Paris, France

Paris is listed as one of my most visited European cities after Hamburg. This time I went there to meet my sister to get some care package from home 😉

Summer 2016. Road Trip in Norway.2

Day 4: Odda-Tyssedal-Trolltunga
We woke up really early. I had to take my multivitamins and mineral every night to get my body on shape for this trip. We arrived around around 9am, paid the parking fee for 200 NOK and started hiking in Trolltunga at 10am. The return hike trip was predicted to be around 10-12 h. And we had 12h or maybe 12.5h. We got back down around 9pm. It was CRAZY!

Summer 2016. Road Trip in Norway. 1

In between, my summer job at the university and master thesis writing, I decided to join my friends to have a road trip to Norway. Unable to contribute a lot in the preparation, I trusted them to choose the cheapest options for the trip.

I came to Oslo two days before the road trip started. The reason is simple I need to get the cheapest return bus tickets from Copenhagen to Oslo. So, I slept over at my friend’s place in Stabekk at the outskirt of Oslo and had short sightseeing trip around Oslo. (below photo was taken in Oslo Vikings Museum)

From one heart break to another. I wonder how small the pieces would be until I found the last heart break.

 

Anyhow, I choose to smile over it.

I thank God for YOU! It’s your birthday but I get all the presents. I get my first white Christmas and i get a wonderful Christmas lunch with my pastor’s family. A happiness indeed! Thank God 🙂
